Our history
We, 4 friends and two great passions in common: Milan and the world of real estate trading.
Sharing the same values and the same vision, in 2021 we decided to become a team giving life to4Gatti srl, a newco in the real estate trading sector.
We deal withnew renovations of apartments and subdivisions within the city of Milan,with a look to the future that can at the same time maintain the characteristics and flavor of this city.
Now we are4 Founding Membersperfectly complementary to each other and through our company we represent aagile teamwhich allows us to offer great results, starting from solid shared values and a strong focus on every aspect of our work.

ANDREW BIAVA
Co-Founder
Milan, 1982. Since 2005 he has carried out entrepreneurial activities in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation sector. In 2021 he sold the company to an important German multinational and today he holds the role of business unit development manager.
​
Andrea approached the real estate market about 10 years ago and in recent years, his passion for this sector has led him to conclude various operations aimed at both income generation and real estate trading.
​
In 2020 he set up Valore Srl, the vehicle with which he now manages the
real estate investments.
ANDREW PLANI
Co-Founder
Trieste, born in 1971. He has been working in the real estate sector since 1990. For about 25 years he was the owner of Equipe Immobiliare, a company that at its peak had 2 offices in Trieste and one in Rome with about 20 collaborators._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_
For about 20 years, with other companies, it has been developing Real Estate Trading operations exclusively on the Trieste market.
In 2017 he sold the shares of the real estate agency to dedicate himself exclusively to investments in the first person, dividing the operations on 2 strands: Trading with City Capital srl and long-term investments on a personal basis. Having recently joined the Specchio Dinamica group - a community that deals with real estate investments - he has been involved in drafting the book to be released with Mondadori "Crescita Patrimoniale" in which a chapter has been reserved for him.
MARCO BREDICE
Co-Founder
Catania, 1978. Legal expert in commercial law, bankruptcy law and business and real estate contracts. He deals with corporate acquisitions and real estate transactions, as well as debt and corporate restructuring procedures.

From 2006 to 2011 he managed a real estate company that dealt with property purchases on the open market and at auction in Italy.
Since 2014 he has been investing on his own, purchasing properties in the city of Catania to be renovated for subsequent resale. In 2017 he set up the company Brema Investimenti srl, through which he carries out real estate investment operations.
